鋁合金電纜橋架的表面陽(yáng)極氧化處理，小平均膜厚應(yīng)該為10um，小局部膜厚應(yīng)該為8um。鋁合金電纜橋架表面噴涂化工防腐粉末的厚度應(yīng)該大于等于80um。鋁合金電纜橋架柔韌性參照《漆膜柔韌性測(cè)定法》GB/T1731標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，鋁合金電纜橋架沖擊強(qiáng)度按照《漆膜耐沖擊測(cè)定法》GB/T1732標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

2017標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中，電纜橋架寬度為300mm、350mm、400mm、450mm時(shí)，橋架的彎曲半徑應(yīng)該為150mm。2000標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中托盤(pán)式橋架結(jié)構(gòu)特征的名稱為有孔托盤(pán)，代號(hào)為P。2000橋架標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中梯式橋架結(jié)構(gòu)特征的名稱為梯架，代號(hào)為T(mén)。

電纜橋架提料名稱規(guī)則通常是：材質(zhì)+型式+規(guī)格，如：防火槽式水平彎通200*100、噴塑槽式水平三通100*50、不銹鋼梯式水平四通300*100等。電纜橋架編寫(xiě)立柱提料清單時(shí)應(yīng)填寫(xiě)：名稱+型號(hào)+立柱長(zhǎng)度+分類。如“熱浸鋅槽鋼立柱，規(guī)格JY-H103-1000 (I型）”，“熱浸鋅角鋼立柱，規(guī)格JY-H104-800 (II型）”。

電纜橋架水平安裝時(shí)要注意避讓周圍的建筑物，要避免受到周圍氣體液體腐蝕以及固體的物理傷害，也要保證載荷足夠避免出現(xiàn)相關(guān)事故，在橋架標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中也有這方面的要求和規(guī)范。對(duì)于跨距大于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)長(zhǎng)度或考慮戶外風(fēng)雪作用的高負(fù)載的電纜橋架，需要采用增強(qiáng)型側(cè)板或者增強(qiáng)橋架的高度，或者采用瓦楞型電纜橋架，來(lái)保證其載荷。
